A Homeowner's Association (HOA) is an organization which acts on behalf of a group of homeowners. The HOA establishes certain rules and regulations with the goal of sustaining and increasing property values. The HOA is also responsible for maintenance of the shared community areas, such as our landscaping near the entrances, our fountains, and our pool and playground area.
If you have questions about our HOA and how it impacts you, please contact our Management Partner at admin@infoHOA.com, and include your address in the subject line. You can also review this document which outlines living in an HOA community.
