HOA annual dues are set at $500 per year, paid annually, covering landscaping, security, and common area maintenance.

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community! We do not allow livestock such as chickens; access our community documents in the InfoHOA portal for more details.

Residents enjoy access to two pools, a fully equipped playground, wood-burning fire pits, and scenic green spaces.

Yes, our community cabana is available for resident events and private bookings. It is a covered outdoor space with a fireplace and full restrooms. Click here for more information on renting the cabana for your next event.

Our pool and cabana areas are monitored 24/7 by security cameras. During the pool season, we have members of the Greenville County Sheriff's Office available for security. Non-urgent security concerns can be reported to our Management Partner at (864) 277-4507. If you need to contact the Sheriff's Office directly, call (864) 271-5210 for their non-emergency number.
